01Who we are

An owner, not a fund. We hold businesses for the long term.

Six Lane Asset Management is a Bermuda-based ownership and capital-allocation entity. It builds new companies and acquires established ones — then owns them, allocates capital, and holds for the long term.

MLV holds the portfolio. Every trading business we own answers to it, and through it, to one standard — operational rigor and capital discipline applied without exception. This is how the group compounds: not by managing companies individually, but by holding every business to the same bar. Above MLV sits Six Lane, the owner. Strategy flows down. Results flow up.

The result is a clean division of roles: Six Lane decides where capital goes; MLV makes it work.

We build and back businesses we understand, with patient and disciplined capital allocation.

Build as well as buy

We originate and build new companies, not only acquire established ones — creating businesses where we see an opening.

Own, don't trade

We hold cash-generative operating businesses for the long term. We are not a fund and we do not manage to an exit clock.

Bulford

Founder & Chief Executive

Tulani Bulford founded Six Lane to own and steward operating businesses with patient capital. He is an operator and strategic thinker first — building and running businesses directly, and allocating capital with long-term conviction behind them.

He leads the asset management company from Bermuda, deploying capital and operations globally — with a focus on the Caribbean, Africa, and South Asia.
